Winter Concert Primary

On December 7th, the learning partners in learning year one through four presented their holiday concert in the school gym. During four mornings of rehearsals, the learning coaches and learning partners teamed up put together a delightful hour of music. Working towards their big night, the learning partners learned to be a good audience member, about performance etiquette, and about stage technology. Each class performed a selection of songs including winter favorites, a few holiday selections, canons, recorder tunes, and even partner songs complete with choreography! One particular highlight was our flute club’s first performance of their first seven pieces after only two months of lessons! We concluded the big event with a whole group rendition of Jingle Bells and Frosty the Snowman.´
